B&B is situated in the city of Pescara, on the main road, in the quiet residence “Santa Crutz”, wich is 400 meters far from the sea, reachable on foot through the beautiful pine-wood “Santa Filomena” in a short time, and near to a cycle path which cross the whole city connecting it with the tourist place of Montesilvano.

Railway station is 3 Km away, 4 Km from tourist harbor and 5 Km from the airport. Each are connected with the residence by buses 38 and 6, which arrives approximately every five minutes, the terminus is in front of the residence (Santa Filomena Stop). Ten minutes from Chieti and Pescara university. The building is also surrounded by shops, commercial centres, restaurants, pizza-restaurants, chemist’s, news-agents etc.. above all the sporting area “Piscina Le Naiadi”.

HOW TO FIND US

From Milan: A14, Pescara nord exit, when you leave from toll-booth turn left, soon afterwards, at the semaphore, turn right towards Pescara. Keep the main street for about 5km and as soon as you reach the city, soon afterwards traffic island, you will find the residence about 100 meters on the right.

From Rome A24/25 Pescara/Chieti exit, when you leave from toll-booth, after 1 km take the first exit to the right, towards Pescara; keep the main street for about 15km, and then turn towards Antona, after the tunnel take the right and exit, after the traffic island you will find the residence about 100 meters on the right.
